1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Laysbet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

5. Bonus Terms

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds convert to withdrawable balance). Bonus funds are tracked separately from real balance and shown with a progress bar. Max bet while wagering a bonus, game weighting, expiry, and eligibility are shown on each promotion. We reserve the right to modify or cancel bonus offers and to void bonuses obtained through abuse or multiple accounts.

6. AML / KYC Policy & Prohibited Activities

We operate an anti-money-laundering (AML) programme and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification. We may request identity, address and source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals or at any time. You may not use Laysbet to launder money, commit fraud, or engage in unlawful activity. Multiple accounts, bonus abuse, collusion and automated play are prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds. Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Responsible Gambling

Laysbet provides responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion. We encourage users who believe they may have a gambling problem to make use of these tools or seek external help.

8. Limitation of Liability

10. Restricted Jurisdictions
